Not all sales are easy nor are they glamorous but when you get referred to a seller and they need help it’s my job to assist. The condition of the home was really rough, and was loaded with the sellers personal items. Since the seller passed away, I worked with the trustee of the estate to prep the house as best as possible. We secured a cash offer with a quick close.
